Christmas Day Bombing: Kabiru Sokoto Finally Gets Judgement

A federal high court sitting in Abuja, has found the mastermind of the 2011 Christmas day bombing, Kabiru Sokoto guilty of the crime of terrorism and murder.
He was sentenced by Justice Ademola Adeniyi to life imprisonment
Kabiru Sokoto was the mastermind of the deadly Christmas day bombing of St. Theresa Catholic church in Niger State that killed at least 44 people in 2011.
He had confessed during the trial to be a member of the Shura council of Islamist sect Boko Haram.
